Okay, not ALL about me.  That would be entirely too much information! I learned to sew in 7th grade many, many years ago.  In that same class, I also learned hand embroidery.  I made an embroidered pin cushion and a wrap skirt.  I still have that pin cushion in my sewing box.  I no longer use it, but it's kind of cool to still have one of the very first things I ever made.  I love to sew, craft, embroider, quilt and, my latest venture, woodworking.  I love building things.

I am happily married with 3 children.  My daughter is a Junior at UGA, my 18 y.o. son is graduating from high school this May, and my 8 year old will be finishing up 2nd grade this year.  My husband lovingly tells people that I won the man lottery!!  So now that's what I tell people.  I love my life!

I started this blog, because I tend to forget the things I've made for people.  And I would hate to duplicate a gift, so I needed a place to keep up with them.  That's one of the blessings of aging!!
